設施：電梯壞了，讓客人提行李箱上下樓，房間裏的插燒水壺的插座是壞的，不能用。
環境：可以
服務：，晚上去餐廳吃飯，沒有人，關門，後來主管叫人給煮了水餃，搞了花生米和伴黃瓜對付。
衞生：還可以的。
停車場大的。

真的是體驗過極其失望，太差了。首先，衞生條件不好，馬桶上還有頭髮，房間異味太大，想找服務員才發現電話是壞的，去前台找，服務員來了説房間就這樣了，省委書記市長都能住這裏，意思是我們差啥。然後網絡沒有，電視看不了，手機都聯不上網絡，服務員説，我們這裏就是慢，你等一會兒就好了。我説電話不好使，服務員説需要進房間半小時以後電話好使，不明白什麼邏輯。最後，我們開窗户睡了一夜，網絡沒有，電話第二天早上也不好使聯繫不上前台和服務員。。。早餐就更不想評價了，第一次，遇到這樣的星級酒店的設施和服務，真實評價，衹為後面客人別再遭罪了。
